What is the selection process?
The process will vary depending on the
position and the location and is outlined at How to apply. We
will firstly screen your application and carefully match your
profile and expectations against our requirements. If you are
successful, you will be invited for a first round interview,
normally followed by psychometric testing. Providing the results
are positive, you will take part in a second round interview,
sometimes followed by a third round interview and/or trial day.
Can I send you an email with my
application?
No. We only consider applications submitted on
our website, please go to our vacancy
board. Here you can either apply to a current job opportunity
or a generic job profile, or create your access and sign up for job
alerts.
Do you regularly post jobs on your
website?
Yes. We post new job opportunities as they
become available. Once positions are filled, they are removed from
the website.
Do you offer internships or career
opportunities for graduates?
Yes. We currently have a variety of
internship, graduate and entry level opportunities available in

Do I have to upload my
CV and related documents in English?
Yes. English is our business
language and therefore the entire application process will be in
English.
Do I need a degree or relevant working
experience to work at Trafigura?
It depends on the
job you are interested in. The required knowledge, skills and
abilities are stated in the job profile.
Do you accept applications from
candidates requiring work sponsorship?
Yes, in many instances we will do so. We aim
to recruit the best candidate for a specific role in a way that
complies with our legal responsibilities including providing a

central database where they are kept for six months. It enables us
