USD4.735 bn European syndicated RCF signed
Geneva, 31st March 2014 - Trafigura Beheer B.V. ("Trafigura" or the "Group") is pleased to announce the successful signing of its flagship European multi-currency syndicated revolving credit facilities (the "Facilities") totalling USD4.735 billion. The Facilities, which initially launched at USD4 billion, were very well received by the market and closed substantially oversubscribed.
The Facilities comprise a USD1.412 billion 364-day revolving credit facility with two 364-day extension options, and a USD3.323 billion 3-year revolving credit facility with two 364-day extension options.

The loan was arranged by Mandated Lead Arrangers & Bookrunners BNP Paribas, Lloyds Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, UniCredit Bank AG (Active Bookrunners), Bank of China, Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank B.A. (trading as Rabobank International), ING Bank N.V., The Royal Bank of Scotland plc and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking (Non-Active Bookrunners). In addition to the nine Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners, 3 Mandated Lead Arrangers and 39 additional financial institutions joined the facility during syndication.
