This Modern Slavery and Child Labour Statement aligns with the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015, the Canadian Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act 2022 and the child labour elements of the Swiss Code of Obligations and Ordinance on Due Diligence and transparency in relation to Minerals and Metals from Conflict-Affected Areas and Child Labour for the financial year 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025. At the time of publication, Trafigura’s 2025 Modern Slavery and Child Labour Statement was still being reviewed by the Australian government, and had not yet been published on the Australian Modern Slavery Statements Register.
