Our Compliance department oversees Group activities. It operates in partnership with front-office functions to ensure our controls are relevant and robust. Four key principles inform our approach: integrity, care and diligence, best practice, and management and control. The Head of Compliance reports directly to the Group COO. Both sit on our Compliance Committee which meets biannually to review and update policies and controls.
