Mark Irwin joined Trafigura as financial controller in 1994 and was appointed as a non-executive director in 2004. Mark is a UK qualified chartered accountant.
He is also an investor in early-stage technology companies across a range of industry sectors, including M-Commerce, pharma, solar energy and IT security, leveraging his experience in transaction structuring, finance, IT and governance.
Mark holds a degree in Computer Science and Accounting from the University of Manchester.
