Pierre became a non-executive director of Trafigura in 2015. Previously Pierre was the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director Asia-Pacific for Trafigura. He joined Trafigura in 2002 and became CFO and executive board director in 2007. Before joining Trafigura, Pierre worked at Merrill Lynch and Banque Indosuez.
Pierre holds other non-executive director roles including as non-executive and independent director of Olam Agri, Enterprise Singapore and Puma Energy. He is also a non-executive director of various non-profit organisations including the Trafigura Foundation, Tri-sector Associates and the Lorinet Foundation.
Pierre graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris in France and holds an MSc in Finance with distinction from Lancaster University in the UK. He is a French citizen and resides in Singapore.
