About the Trafigura Houston Graduate Program
Our two-year Graduate Program in Houston provides successful candidates with a structured series of rotations across functions including Deals Desk, Operations and Business Analysis. This enables participants to gain a diverse range of skills and a comprehensive understanding of the trade lifecycle and the intricacies of our business.
The program helps identify one’s ideal role based on their strengths, fosters an entrepreneurial mindset, and provides the necessary knowledge and exposure for a prosperous and enduring career with the Trafigura Group.
