Stephan Jansma

Stephan Jansma was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in July 2024, and joined the Trafigura Board on 23 June 2026.

Prior to joining Trafigura, Stephan worked as Global Head of Energy, and Head of Professional Products UK at Rabobank. Stephan also worked at Rabobank in Singapore, and at Fortis Bank in London, the Netherlands and Singapore.

Since joining Trafigura in 2013, Stephan has held the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific and Head of Structured and Trade Finance.

He is a graduate of the University of Amsterdam with a Masters in Economics.
