Trafigura, one of the largest physical commodities trading groups in the world, intends to redeem all of the USD 800,000,000 Perpetual Resettable Step-Up Subordinated Securities issued in 2017 (ISIN No: XS1582433428)(“the Securities”) on 21 March 2022, a date falling within the Relevant Period, as permitted by the bond documentation. The notional amount of the Securities has been reduced to USD 479,179,000 after a tender offer that occurred as at 24 September 2021. The Securities will be subsequently cancelled and then de-listed from the Singapore Stock Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
