OUR STANDARDS FOR EMPLOYEES

Upholding compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Trafigura’s Code of Business Conduct is a central reference point for all employees and compliance with its requirements is a non-negotiable condition of employment.  Implementation of its principles is a strategic priority that is monitored and fully supported by the Board and leadership team.  

 

Online mandatory training courses are completed by all staff on key risk topics including; Anti-bribery and corruption; Trading behaviours; Anti-trust and competition law; and Anti-money laundering.

To support this, Trafigura has implemented a range of policies and controls that are foundational to complying with applicable laws and regulations, alongside alignment to international standards and promote compliant and responsible conduct.
