Safety metrics

Our approach to safety metrics continues to evolve, with increasing emphasis on leading indicators that help us identify and address risks before incidents occur. As we prepare for future regulatory requirements, including the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), we are developing a more comprehensive set of metrics to provide deeper insight into our health, safety and security performance and culture.
